Weight: didn't weigh
Exercise: yoga; evening at the gym
Breakfast: small bowl of Cocoa Peanut Butter Spheres
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Panini: Chicken Tuscan, water
Snack: Grapple; and later one bite-sized Hershey's Special Dark Bittersweet Chocolate
Supper: part of a special event--the monthly meeting of the 4 O'Clock Club; some nachos (becoming a tradition at these meetings); three glasses of Southbound; a quesadilla with cheese (of course), tomato, onion and mushrooms
Snack: a few ounces of coconut Gianni "Italian ice"

Michael....don't you wish that there was some pill out there you can take that is harmless, but effective in losing wt?
I sure do hate this constant battle with food!!!
Hang in there my friend, and to tell you the truth, you DO wear your wt very well.
So, I also will start up again with my exercise program and will be back down to a normal BMI when I turn 60 in May.
God help me!!..lol

I'll give it a try.....but it won't be pretty.
I think that's the logic behind it. If you're going to be totally honest about what you eat, then somethings you just don't want to write down. And if you don't want to write them down, you don't eat them.
well, my problem seems to be what I drink instead of what I eat.
Ah, I see! Guess that's potentially a little different.
