Exercise: 3-mile walk in Willow Springs Park
Breakfast: United Methodist Men's Breakfast Fellowship at Cherokee--2 biscuits & gravy, potatoes, 3 slices of bacon, 2 small sections of sticky buns, coffee
Lunch: didn't eat
Supper: chicken strips, fresh green beans with potatoes, corn on the cob, Carolina Blonde beer
So, last week I didn't drop down into the 240s. That's okay. I'm close. It's not likely to happen over the weekend, but I'll try again next week.
