Weight: didn't weigh

Exercise: yoga; morning at the gym; mowing

Breakfast: bowl of Honeynut Cheerios; one chocolate dessert
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Panini: Southwestern Chicken, V8
Supper: Lean Cuisine Tortilla-Crusted Fish; Corona
Snacks: throughout the afternoon and evening I finished off the chocolate dessert--at least 5 cookies and at least one small glass of milk
