Exercise: nada

Breakfast: Bojangles--chicken biscuit & Diet Pepsi
Lunch: Moochies in Marshall, NC--chicken Parmesan sandwich on wheat, fries, Diet Pepsi
Supper: at Granny Edmonds's 97th birthday party--eastern North Carolina BBQ, some baked beans and tomato, a hamburger with mustard and onion and tomato, a couple of chocolate desserts (no-bake chocolate oatmeal cookies) and a piece of birthday cake
Snack: along through the day, some chocolate desserts and a couple of bite-size York peppermint patties
