Exercise: yoga; evening at gym

Weight: didn't weigh

Breakfast: bowl of Cocoa Peanut Butter Spheres
Lunch: at El Torito, my favorite Mexican restaurant--too many chips with salsa, 3 fish tacos, rice & beans, Diet Coke
Supper: at Chick-fil-A--the regular chicken sandwich with pickles only, Diet Coke
