Weight: 251.8--I'd like to drop downward into the 240s this week, but we'll see.

Exercise: in the afternoon--walk/jog 4 miles in Willow Spring Park

Breakfast: at Beasley's with the Breakfast Club there (Dennis, Marie, John and Bo today); tenderloin sandwich with lite mayo, lettuce and tomato on wheat toast; Diet Pepsi
Lunch: I brought some prepackaged salad stuff we had in the fridge at home, but I guess we'd had it a bit too long; one bitter taste and I was walking to Subway, where I had a 6" turkey breast sandwich with lettuce, tomato, onion, black olives, jalapenos, a little oil and vinegar, salt/pepper/oregano, new "vegetable" chips and a Diet Coke
Supper: two pieces of small California Kitchen BBQ Chicken Pizza and 1/2 pbj for dessert
Snack: Gianni Coconut Italian Ice
