Exercise: morning at the gym; walk home from campus (appx. 4 miles)

Breakfast: 2 chocolate desserts
Lunch: salad (greens, carrots, black olives, lite ranch dressing); small hamburger with chili only; something like Boston Creme pie and a chocolate chip cookie; Diet Coke
Snack: chocolate dessert and water
Supper: "heavy" Hors d'Oeuvres (and desserts) at Link Hills Country Club in Greeneville, a variety too broad to mention
