Exercise: evening at the gym

Breakfast: Bojangles--chicken biscuit and Diet Pepsi
Snack: 1 package of Lance Toasty Crackers
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Panini: Chicken Tuscan
Supper: Buck's Pizza--3 slices of a large with Canadian bacon and pineapple
Snacks: BK Mocha iced coffee; 2 bites of green beans, 2 bites of organic dark chocolate, 2 bites of pulled pork
