Breakfast: bowl of Cocoa Peanut Butter Spheres
Lunch: huevos verdes with Diet Coke at Amigo; a moderate amount of chips & salsa, much more controlled than usual (huevos verdes is two eggs over medium with green chili salsa, refried beans, rice and three flour tortillas)
Supper: at Applebee's--blackened tilapia on a bed of rice, corn salsa, 1/4 of son's quesadilla burger, Diet Coke
