Exercise: campus errands (walking 30 mins.)

Breakfast: bowl of Cocoa Peanut Butter Spheres
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Panini: Chicken, Spinach & Mushroom; V8
Snack: five (or so) dessert squares at Search Committee meeting
Supper: a pulled pork sandwich and a green tea
Snack: a variety of little things--a couple of bites of a chocolate bar I wanted to try, about 4 cream cheese rolls, the rest of my green tea
