Weight: didn't weigh

Exercise: morning at the gym

Breakfast: bowl of Cocoa Peanut Butter Spheres
Lunch: Subway--tuna on honey oat bread--lettuce, tomato, onion, black olives, jalapeno, salt & pepper; those veggie chips again; Diet Coke
Supper: broiled fish (tilapia), risotto patty, grilled vegetables and grilled pineapple, small slice of prime rib, water, Samuel Adams
Snack: a couple of pieces of late-night chocolate mocolate (my granddaughter's name for no-bake chocolate oatmeal cookies)
