Weight: didn't weigh

Exercise: walk/run 3 miles at Walnut Community Center

Breakfast: two biscuits with butter and molasses, chocolate milk
Lunch: 2 little ham & cheese sandwiches that my aunt makes, green beans, potato chips, Sierra Mist Free, a cheesecakey thing with cherries on top, spoonful of sugar-free banana pudding and a York Peppermint Patty
Supper: a meal with the church band--lemon chicken, potato salad, baked beans, biscuits, spice cake, banana pudding, chocolate dessert, water
