Breakfast: Bojangles chicken biscuit and Diet Coke
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Panini (chicken club) and green tea

Still hanging in there Michael...Keep it up, your doing good. In fact, I have just finished an hour on the treadmill, I'm going to do it also!!!! Your turning 50, and I'm turning 60 and it's time to get on board to the healthy living of life. There is so much I want, and need to do in life.
