Okay, I seem to be losing focus over the last couple of weeks, having to add in days that I've let slip by me. And not keeping the daily record in mind has affected my weight loss program. I'm still doing well with the exercise, but the food intake has been less careful than it was when I was being more consistent.
So, refresh and refocus!

Breakfast: Bojangles--chicken biscuit and Diet Coke
Lunch: Empire Chinese Buffet--white rice, pepper chicken, sushi (various), triple crown (boiled seafood), sesame chicken, chinese doughnut, tiny dessert cake, Diet Pepsi
