Exercise: none beyond the morning's workout with the band at church

Breakfast: Bojangles--chicken biscuit and Diet Pepsi
Lunch: birthday lunch for Mom at Walnut Presbyterian Church--ham, fried chicken, beans, potatoes, pinapple dish, rolls, Diet Pepsi, cake; I had a full plate, but I didn't overeat (at least not to discomfort)
Supper: none
Snack: several chocolate desserts throughout the day; a little red wine
