Weight: didn't weigh

Exercise: mowing yard (2 hours)

Breakfast: mixed bowl of Cocoa Peanut Butter Spheres and Honeynut Cheerios
Snack: one piece Dove chocolate
Lunch: El Torito--3 tacos (2 fish, 1 pork) with corn tortillas and cilantro; chips & salsa; ice water
Supper: 1 1/2 pbj and some Bunch-a-Crunch
Snack: fudgsicles (2 40-calorie & 1 Starbucks); red wine
