Weight: didn't weigh

Exercise: afternoon at the gym

Breakfast: 2 chocolate-covered doughnuts (filled) and chocolate milk
Snack: grapes
Lunch: Subway--turkey & ham on wheat, chips, Diet Coke
Snack: V8
Supper: mushroom quesadilla; tomato sandwich; 1/2 piece of pizza
