Exercise: yoga; morning at the gym
Breakfast: none (busy morning and planning an early lunch)
Snack: 1/2 banana with peanut butter; technically could be called breakfast, but it was around 10:15
Lunch: Barberito's--wheat tortilla with rice, pintos, fish, tofu, salsa, spinach leaves, lime, southwestern vin., cilantro, onion, black olives; chips with lime and both red and green salsa; Diet Coke
Supper: 1 1/2 pbj with milk and 2 bowls of cereal; box of Bunch-a-Crunch
