253.2 -- after a weekend of eating and no exercise.



Breakfast: half a pancake left over from yesterday's brunch @ Jack's
Snack: frozen grapes and water
Lunch: chips & salsa, one taco al carbón, one tamale, water @El Torito
Snack: frozen grapes and water
Exercise: afternoon at the gym
Supper: spaghetti @ home, water, bowl of Cinnamon Crunch for dessert
