Breakfast: one bowl of mixed Cocoa Crunchies and regular Cheerios (with 1% milk), half a banana
Exercise: morning at the gym
Lunch: Amigo's--a few chips with salsa (not much), huevos verdes (eggs with green salsa), rice, refried beans, Diet Coke
Afternoon: Acoustic Coffeehouse (monthly 4 O'clock Club meeting)--two glasses of 1554 (maybe three), some nachos with various stuff
Supper: a tasty soup concoction my wife made, water
