Exercise: 2 hours of yard mowing in 90-degree heat
Weight: 248.8, probably a good bit of this due to water loss
Lunch: pescado ala parrilla, refried beans, salad, a few chips & salsa, Diet Coke; I ate about 2/3 of this
Supper: dark chocolate and almond fiber bar
Snack: strawberry/banana yogurt
Today
Breakfast: wheat muffin, egg white, pepperjack cheese, steak, tomato, Diet Dr. Pepper (Subway)
Lunch: 2 slices mushroom pizza, Diet Coke (Italian Pizza Pub)
Supper: 2 slices Hawaiian Pizza and a few hot wings (Marco's) and green tea
Snack: 1 banana-nut Fiber One muffin, fresh from the oven
