Okay, so the holidays have undermined the plans formed just after Thanksgiving and the 51st birthday. Now, I'm going to see if I can lose an average of 1 pound every week for awhile. For a year? For 48 weeks? For 33 weeks? For 10 weeks? I don't know.
After the New Year's celebration at Red Lobster and the celebratory latenight chocolate dessert:

Theoretically, by the 29th of January, the day before Cherokee's U2charist at Dick Nelson's gallery, I should weigh 251.4 or less.
Breakfast: 2 chocolate desserts and a half glass of 1% milk
Exercise: sunroom workout
Snack: 2 chocolate desserts
Lunch: 2 Baja Fish Tacos, 4 shrimp, Mountain Dew at Long John Silvers
Supper: pasta dish and red wine, one chocolate dessert and two pieces of pumpkin cake
