Breakfast: bowl of shredded wheat
Exercise: gym
Lunch: turkey sandwich on whole wheat, mayo, hot mustard
Supper: bowl of pasta with sauce and ground turkey, 2 pieces dry toast, glass of red wine, 1 chocolate oatmeal cookie
My wife and I argued this morning over my weight. I got angry because I knew she was right and rather than just being right she was citing all these stinking television programs that I dislike with extreme prejudice (Oprah, Dr. Oz, Today, etc.). So I've decided to be a jerk about it and quit eating (not completely of course). Maybe in the meantime, while I'm being a jerk, I can come up with some reasonable way to be healthier. We'll see.
