Breakfast: bowl of Cocoa Crunchies
Lunch: salad, slice of pork, piece of boneless herb chicken, three pieces of pizza, piece of cake, peanut butter cookie, Diet Coke @ ETSU
Excercise: afternoon at the gym
Supper: roast beef roll-ups (2 tortillas, 2 slices of pepperjack cheese, deli roast beef slices), banana sandwich, bowl and a half of Cocoa Crunchies
