Weight: didn't weigh

Exercise: morning at the gym

Breakfast: chicken biscuit and Diet Coke from Bojangles
Lunch: chips & salsa, new fish meal and Diet Coke from El Torito; the fish meal includes grilled fish (plain, I think), rice, salad with lettuce and tomato and jalapenos and avacado, three flour tortillas; it seems to me fairly healthy
Supper: turkey sandwich & water, too many pieces of chocolate cake a friend sent home with my wife
